All the gold is now in strongholds; revert until you get less than 2500. We recommend reverting to get between 2400 and 2500. (The odds of getting between 2400 and 2500 are about 10%, so this takes less reverting than trying to get near 3600!) * Special Builds: The center cities all build griffins! Sack 'em for cash - or build 'em! Note - griffins defending neutral cities are strength 8 (6+2). The neutral cities are set to "active" in the tournament. * New Rule: Two Heroes! Lord Lewald claimed the trophies of battle from King Warren's twitching corpse. The Olympic Fire (com +1) and Hercules' Spear (bat +2) were taken, as well as the Orange Standard (com +1). With the Orange Standard in enemy hands, it is hoped that the Orange hordes will be Dazed and Confused for a time. The inspection concluded that the production and defenses in these four cities were consciously designed to offer Moscow to whomever desired this location. Not wishing to be contrary to Green's plan, Aragorn (initialy leaving the Pikeman aside as his feet were quite muddy from having inspected the general neighborhood) kindly inquired at the front gate whether the resident spider and dwarf forces would object to new ownership. I will continue to move into Orange territory, but I see no conflict in both of us having cities there. I intend to keep peace between us, even if we have cities side by side. You should take what you can, and I will take what I can, but I will not take what you have taken. I value the peace treaty between us. I think we should review our peace treaty at turn 17 or 18, but I think that the game is going so quickly and the enemy is so strong, that you and I will be so busy fighting our enemies that we will not have time to fight each other.
