Only back up a game if the error must be replayed because there is no
other way to fix it without affecting the course of the game.  To back it up:

*** Instructions for fixing the Turn setting in the Remailer ***

(1) Go to http://www.pixgen.com/elam/warlords/Edit.cgi (Remailer Edit page)
(2) Select P01 and type in the password
(3) A "Control Panel" page appears.  Pick "Edit Game Settings"
(4) There's a list of players with a button indicating whose turn it is,
    as well as each player's timezone, alias name, and email address
(5) Simply nudge the game back 1 player by moving the button.
(6) Note: if the game jumps from player 4 to player 1 by mistake,
    you'll also need to scroll down a little further and set the
    game back by 1 turn.
